Policies

Cancellations:

Here at Lash Pray Love, we understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service provider. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice there will be a 25% cancellation fee of the service you had scheduled and charged to your card on file.

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice there will be a 50% cancellation fee of the service you had scheduled and charged to your card on file. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, 100% of the service you had scheduled will be charged to the credit card on file. In all cases, no deposits will be refunded. 

No Shows:

We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. No refunds will be issued. 

Lateness:

If you are running late to an appointment, we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to apply the no show policy.

Deposits are non-refundable unless you reschedule your appointment and your cancellation is within the 48 hours notice window. 

Lash fills should be done every 2-3 weeks based off of how much fall out you have. Each client will be different. In order for it to be considered a fill, it is expected that 40-50% of lash extensions would remain after grown out lashes are removed. Anything less than 40% or 3 weeks since the last fill would be considered a full set and will be charged accordingly. 

Refund Policy: Lash Pray Love does not issue refunds for services, as your payment is for the time and product your artist has used. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding.

Allergy Policy: In the event an allergic reaction occurs, we recommend seeking medical attention first and foremost. If desired or recommended by a medical professional, a complimentary removal will be provided. However, per the Refund Policy, once the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

48 Hr Policy: If within 48 hours, excessive fallout occurs, the client is responsible to notify Lash Pray Love to allow us to make corrections. After the 48 hours, the client resumes responsibility. In no case will refunds be given. 

Anyone under 18 years of age will be required to have written parental permission.
